The return went through okay, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slow.

I was kind of shocked in the best way. Everything that showed as in stock was actually there when I checked, which basically never happens anymore. Super easy and saved me a ton of hassle.

I ordered a puzzle and it took way longer to show up than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated either so I was kinda just waiting around. The puzzle itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the shipping was frustrating

Checkout was really easy. I paid, it went through fast, and that was it. No issues at all.

I got the confirmation and my card was charged, but that’s pretty much it. I haven’t received any real update since then, so I’m just sitting here waiting. Not exactly impressed so far.

The puzzle itself arrived in good shape, but the box had a small dent in it. Not a huge deal, but if someone is paying for a new item, it feels only fair to pack it with a little more care. A bit more padding would probably solve the issue next time...

I’ve ordered from Puzzle Warehouse a handful of times, usually when I see a promo code floating around. The discounts are nice enough, especially if I’m already planning to buy a couple puzzles, but they’re not always as great as they look at first. Sometimes the better codes have a bunch of little rules or don’t apply to the exact puzzle I want, which is a bit annoying. Last time I was eyeing this 1000-piece landscape puzzle while drinking reheated coffee, and of course the code didn’t work on it. Shipping can also take a decent bite out of the savings, so it kind of balances out. Overall, it’s fine and I’d still order again, but I wouldn’t say the discounts are amazing.

Puzzle Warehouse does seem to have a solid selection of puzzles, and I did end up finding something I wanted. That said, I was a little surprised by how limited the payment options felt, especially since I was hoping to use a pay-later option or another digital wallet.
The checkout worked in the end, so I guess I can’t complain too much, but it felt a bit behind compared to other sites I use. I’m glad I got my order placed, though I’m not sure I’d call the process super convenient unless they add more ways to pay.

I found a puzzle I really wanted, the site was easy to use. But then I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, seriously, how does shipping almost double the price of one puzzle?

I know shipping can’t always be free, and I get that, but this just felt like too much. Would I order again? Maybe, but only if there’s a better shipping deal next time.
